Entry Process

There are 2 ways to enter the Clinical Researcher of the Year 2026 competition.

  1. Individual Entry 
    Complete the MCQ – you can start now, save your progress and come back later
  2. Team Entry
    Complete the entry form, listing your team members (no need to complete the MCQ)

Enter as a team:

  • Global Project Team
  • Global Partnership Team
  • Start Up Team

The team lead should complete the online team entry form. There is no need for teams to complete the multiple choice questionnaire.

Enter as an individual:

  • Clinical Research Co-ordinator
  • Decentralised Solutions Individual of the Year
  • Novice CRA: (less than 18 months of monitoring experience)
  • Intermediate CRA:  (18 months to less than 5 years of experience)
  • Experienced CRA (more than 5 years’ experience)
  • Clinical Trial Manager
  • Clinical Trial Administrator
  • Project Manager
  • Start Up – Individuals
