Clinical Researcher of the Year – The Americas 2023
The Clinical Researcher of the Year – The Americas awards has returned for 2023, with the aim of discovering exceptional talent amongst clinical researchers across the Americas. The competition has established itself as a valuable learning and development opportunity over the past 13 years amongst clinical researchers in pharma, CROs as well as investigator sites across the globe.
Our competition in 2022 saw finalists compete face to face with a new assessment criterion and a range of entry points covering a wide scope of roles and experience levels for new candidates. Candidates showcased their expertise to our panel of industry experts for their chance to win an award from their category.
This year, there has been a new category announced: The Global Partnership Team. PharmaTimes Clinical Research Global Partnership Team of the Year recognises teams made up of 4-6 individuals that can be from two or more companies or organisations (such as CRO/Sponsors/Site/Vendors/Industry entities); and/or a team of 4-6 individuals with their primary role based at a single research site, site network or site management organization or combination thereof. Examples could be a team made up of representative from sponsors, sites, vendors, CROs or a team made up of Clinical Research Co-ordinators, Data Co-ordinators, Principal Investigators. Alternatively, it could be a combination of all of these categories.
Among the expertly curated categories, there are New & Experienced CRA, Clinical Research Co-ordinator, as well as Clinical Trial and Project Manager. There are also team-based categories available for entry alongside the individual ones to add even more depth to your experience.
All finalists receive valuable mentoring and feedback on their performance; invaluable for personal and professional development, it’s also a great way to validate training and highlight experience.
